The company has spent an inordinate amount of resources on the UI. Which is rather slick. In all honesty if HTC is allowed to skin UI then what's the sense (no pun intended) of having the Zune interface. When I spoke with Microsoft they explained that the Windows Phone 7 UI would not be modified by the OEM or the MNO. Obviously, either party could add their own “bloatware.” ...
